Billy Keyserling

A native of Beaufort, SC , Billy Keyserling spent more than fifty years working in and around government; administrative and legislative assignments in the US House and US Senate; Washington Director of the National Conference on Soviet Jewry working with parliamentarians in 35 nations; marketing and public affairs consultant; two terms in the SC House of Representatives; sixteen years on Beaufort City Council, the last twelve of which he served as Mayor.

Keyserling is a graduate of Brandeis University - Magna Cum Laude, and earned an MS in Public Communications from Boston University.

Billy received State Awards for his work in the Arts, the Humanities and as a champion of the environment. He published two books, the first with an elementary school student (“The Pink Dolphin”) about collaboration and diversity and the second, (“Sharing Common Ground: Promises Unfulfilled but Not Forgotten

Keyserling is the Executive Producer of : “Mark: A Call To Action.”
