As Director of the Office for Access and Disability Services at Villanova University, Greg sets the strategic direction for the office, leads and supports ADS staff, and provides leadership and support for students registered with the office; their flagship student organization, LEVEL; and the greater campus community.
A member of the ADS staff since 2009, Greg was instrumental in the creation of LEVEL and has initiated several programs that have improved Villanova’s landscape for students, faculty and staff who live with disabilities. Greg, along with members of Learning Support Services, Career Center teams, was awarded the 2023 National Association of Colleges and Employers Award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Excellence for its Disability Inclusion in the Workplace Conference.
In 2020, the Association of Student Affairs at Catholic Colleges and Universities awarded Greg and his team the Mission Integration Award for Diversity and Inclusion for their program “On Another LEVEL: Providing Students with Disabilities a Seat at the Table.”
Greg has had the honor of being published in both the Journal of Diversity in Higher Education and the Journal of Post Secondary Education and Disability and being featured in the New York Times, ESPN’s College Game Day, and other local, regional, and national outlets for his commitment to Villanova’s students and their passion of an inclusive college experience.
Greg’s proudest achievement is being “just a guy from Jersey” where he lives with his wife, three kids, and German shepherd.
